To upload a large number of contacts at once there are a few options. Start by selecting "Import" (see image below).

Option 1: If you have added contacts to your address book for a past event, you can import contacts from your Greenvelope Address Book. This is accomplished by selecting Option 1.
Step 1: After Pressing "Import" click the "Address Book" button under the first option. This will take you to your Address Book.
Step 2: Click "Select All" above your Address Book on the left side. This will highlight your entire address book and put check marks in the boxes to the left of each contact. (Note: You can also select individual guests by clicking individual boxes.)
Step 3: Above your Address Book, on the right side, is a drop-down menu where you can select the appropriate event guest list to add contacts to.
Step 4: Press the Add button just to the right of the drop-down menu.
Option 2: CSV Upload.
Step 1: Save a copy of the CSV Template on your computer. (Right click and select "Save Link As.")
Step 2: Open the Greenvelope CSV Template in Excel and fill in the relevant columns. (Note: The upload will not work if you add any new columns or change their order.)
Step 3: When your contact list is complete, return to the Greenvelope guest list, and click "Import." Then click "Browse" to locate your new CSV template.
Step 4: Click "Upload." Once your contacts are uploaded, double-check all your columns to confirm all the desired information was uploaded successfully.

Option 3: Import from an existing Address Book online.
Step 1: Select "Import" and then choose option 3. A new window will open.
Step 2: Select the appropriate mail service provider and click "next."
Step 3: Enter your Username and Password.
Step 4: Select desired contacts and click "next."
Troubleshooting: If you are having trouble with this option, you may manually export your contacts from your mail client and then format the exported spreadsheet to our format following the steps for Option 2.
