There are three different options for resending invitation. To resend invitations in bulk simply repeat the steps you took to send invitations the first time. This is useful if a large number of guests have not opened their invitations yet. For these instructions click here. Resending invitations to individual guests:
Step 1: Go to you guest page and scroll down to your guest list.
Step 2: Guest to whom you have already sent Save the Dates, Invitations, or Thank You Notes will have a small envelope and arrow icon in that column next to the status (delivered/opened/responded) for that guest.
Step 3: Click the envelope and arrow icon. This will open the "Resent Greenvelope" page and present you with three options.
Option 1: Resend the Original Email. If a guest lost, deleted, or didn't receive their Greenvelope, use this button to send another copy. Press the "Resend" button.
Option 2: Send a Plain Text Email. If a guest has trouble receiving our HTML emails, use this button to send a plain text message. Press the "Send Plain Text" button.
Option 3: Copy Greenvelope URL. If you would prefer to contact your guest directly using your own email program, you can include the provided URL in your message. Note: The link given is for the individually selected guest.
