
By clicking on a particular invitation status, only guests with that status will be displayed in the guest list:
Delivered: displays guests that have received, but not opened their save the date, invitation or thank you note.
Opened: displays guests that have opened their save the date, invitation or thank you note.
Responded: displays guests that have responded.
Note: The numbers displayed in the categories above relate to email addresses. Sorting with yes, no, or pending under the "Responses" heading will display the number of guests. For example if you send an invitation to the Smith Family and they have opened and RSVPed for five people, this will add one to the number in the "responded" category under "invitations," but it will add five to the number of guests listed in the "yes" category under "responses."
Yes: guests attending the event.
No: guest not attending the event.
Pending: Guests that have not responded yet.
You can use these filters for management and viewing purposes, but you can also resend cards to a group of guests or send plain text group email messages.
For example, if you wish to send an email reminder to your guests that have not yet responded you can do this in a few steps.
Step 1: Click on the "pending" status in the Responses box. The status should highlight in yellow.
Step 2: Scroll down to the guest list to see the filtered guests.
Step 3: Click "select all" guests.
Step 4: Click the "send group email" link on the bottom right of the guest list.
Quick tip: To remove the filtering in the guest list, click the highlighted status again.
